The Jolly Sailors Runners

If you are a regular 'runner' or just keen to get started, you will be more than welcome to join us. We don't race, you set your own pace, distances and goals and you can have walk breaks when you need them. There is no commitment to run every week. The benefits are that you will gain from he encouragement and enthusiasm of our small group.
We meet at The Jolly Sailors on Saturdays at 10 am to choose our route and then back to the pub at the end for a glass of cold water.
We are blessed with great local running locations on our doorstep. Come along and enjoy running with others - it costs nothing but hopefully you may get fit and lose a few pounds in the process!
